The Dim Light’s newest property offers four individual boutique-style apartments, each featuring their own brand new kitchen, modern bathroom and stylish living areas. We are located within walking distance (or a quick drive) to the most popular restaurants, bars, theaters, boutiques and convention spaces in downtown Paducah. Enjoy watching movies under the stars with our outdoor movie theatre, featuring a 20 ft screen! Take a ride around historic downtown on the bikes provided during your stay! The Dim Light: Lower Town features four completely private condos. Guests will have their own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each apartment comes with its own private outdoor patio. However, the backyard “hang out” space is open for all of our guests to enjoy. The Outdoor Theatre is operated on a “first come first served” basis, but we do ask that you’re considerate of your fellow guests. LowerTown is one of Paducah’s oldest and most historic residential neighborhoods. Here, you’ll get the best of both worlds: super easy access to everything in Paducah and a laid back and welcoming community. LowerTown is home to Paducah’s thriving art scene where you’ll find art galleries, public art installations and Paducah’s best coffee shop (located right around the corner). We provide our guests with access to two bikes to use during their stay to explore all that Paducah has to offer. Take a quick ride down to Market House Square for Ice Cream or an evening ride along the River Front. Parking is very easy to come by in the neighborhood. We are located a couple of blocks off of “the loop”, so easy access to all areas of Paducah as well as access to the best hiking locations in the area. Garden of the God’s and Shawnee National Forest are all within about an easy drive. Kentucky Lake is located about 30 minutes away. Most things in downtown Paducah are within walking distance. However, if you prefer to drive, there’s easy parking is downtown and you can be there within 2-3 minutes. We also provide 2 bikes for our guests to use during their stay. Ride the Greenway Trail or take an evening ride along the river! Please note that we do not allow reservations from local residents in the Paducah area. Our focus is on providing quiet, relaxing accommodations for travelers and those visiting Paducah for leisure and exploring.
